Refund Policy

Back in Control operates small group reformer Pilates classes with limited availability. For this reason, all bookings are subject to the following refund policy.

 

 

Class Bookings

​

All classes must be paid for in advance.

 

Once a class is booked:

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations, no-shows, or missed classes

  • Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly stated

  • Class spots cannot be resold or shared

 

 

Exceptional Circumstances

 

Refunds or credits may be considered at the sole discretion of Back in Control only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Studio cancellation by Back in Control

  • Technical booking errors

 

This does not include change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

Cancellations by Back in Control

 

If a class is cancelled by Back in Control, clients will be offered:

  • A credit, or

  • A refund
